Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

All provinces and territories within Canada
The United States

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of being placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Pre-order items ship according to the estimated release/ship date listed on the product page (see Pre-Orders below).

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected.

We ship using trusted Canadian carriers, including Canada Post and other major couriers, to ensure reliable and trackable delivery.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.

Pre-Orders

For pre-order items, the estimated ship date listed on the product page is provided in good faith based on information available to us at the time. These dates may be subject to change due to manufacturer delays or supply chain disruptions outside our control. We will do our best to keep customers informed of any significant changes to pre-order timelines.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed off to the carrier, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your tracking shows an extended delay or your package appears lost, please contact us via our Contact page and we'll help look into it.

International (US) Orders

Customers ordering from the United States are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged upon arrival. These charges are determined by your country's customs agency and are not included in our shipping rates.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away and we'll do our best to correct it before it ships.
